Fitbit: Using It And Losing It

I’ll admit it, I’m one of *those* people. I resolved to do something differently in 2015.

 

In 2014 I was forced to buy a new pair of jeans, not because they had worn out, and not because they had shrunk either, but because I had expanded. I’ve always been a bit of a yo-yo-er but last year was different.

I had taken on too many responsibilities, and didn’t have time to get enough sleep let alone exercise. I was always sat at one desk or another and when I wasn’t I was sat on public transport travelling between them. I knew I needed to do something about it, but my hands were tied by commitments until well into December.

 

I decided I’d make the festive season something of a last hurrah, and see out the year somewhat decadently, starting afresh in the new year with a goal and strategy in mind.
